We can inspect any size & age residential property. We visually inspect and look for defects with the roof, exterior, interior, electric, plumbing, HVAC, structure, foundation, drainage, appliances, etc... Over 700 items.
Hard to access/inspect crawl spaces... No problem... We use our robot with 4k video and zoom picture capability to reach spaces as low as 7" clearance.

Finally, we leverage the gold standard of inspection software and InterNACHI standard practices to produce an extremely thorough, easy to read property issues and recommendations report.
